Morgan G. Dean is an accomplished nonprofit executive and housing development leader with over a decade of experience advancing affordable housing, housing preservation, and community development. As Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Hanover and King William, she oversees strategic planning, construction, financing, and partnerships to expand housing access, managing a $2.1M budget and a multidisciplinary team. Her previous roles include directing national housing initiatives for Tribal Nations at Enterprise Community Partners and leading community development programs for the Upper Mattaponi Tribe, where she secured millions in federal, state, and private funding. Morgan holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Economic Development from Virginia Tech and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy at Virginia Commonwealth University. She brings expertise in direct service provision, grant writing, strategic partnerships, real estate finance, and data-driven program evaluation, with certifications in Housing Development Finance and Native CDFI practice.
