ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Kathy is currently the Associate Dean for Organizational Development for Virginia Commonwealth University Libraries and holds the rank of Associate Professor.  Agnes is responsible for strategic leadership and planning for human resources development functions, including compensation, talent management, and the implementation and assessment of the Libraries overall organizational performance. Kathy also serves as a reviewer for a number of academic library journals.  

Before becoming a librarian, Kathy worked in various human resources positions within financial services.
