BIOGRAPHY

David A. Stock, Esq., has over 25 years of experience practicing criminal law in Virginia courts, with extensive knowledge of financial crimes and Multi-Jurisdiction Grand Jury procedures. He brings extensive expertise in trial practice, courtroom procedures and post-conviction relief. Mr. Stock formerly served for nearly twenty years as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Henrico County. While there, he advised the Henrico Police Property Crimes Unit on complex financial crimes for more than a decade. He has also served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County and a criminal defense attorney. He currently serves as a Senior Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals section of the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia. He received his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond.
