Albert Nii Noi Okwei

Albert Nii Noi Okwei is an experienced nonprofit and public affairs practitioner and a first-generation scholar whose leadership spans student governance, international development, and cross-sector engagement. He holds an MPA from Grand Valley State University and a BSc in Administration (Public Administration) from the University of Ghana. He has received multiple honors for advancing equity, civic engagement, and inclusive public service. Albert is a member of Phi Alpha Alpha, Omicron Delta Kappa, ASPA, APPAM, and ANNOVA. His research focuses on nonprofit innovation, equity-centered policy design, and institutional transformation to better serve marginalized communities through evidence-based, people-centered governance.
