Christopher Whyte, Ph.D., an assistant professor in the Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness program at the Wilder School and co-author of “Understanding Cyber Warfare: Politics, Policy and Strategy,” is an expert in cyber conflict and U.S. cybersecurity policy.
